Users are able to view, edit, add, and delete assets. You can choose what privileges each user will need individually.
To get started adding users, click on the dashboard icon. The drag-down menu will appear. Click on 'Manage user/Employee'.
The 'Manage user/Employee' drag-down menu will now appear. Click on 'View User'
Click on 'Add User'. The 'Add User' screen will now appear. Enter appropriate information into the corresponding fields.
Click on 'NEXT' OR 'Permission' to set each user's privileges. Each user is preset with viewing privileges only. Choose what additional privileges (editing, adding, and deleting) you would like to assign the user regarding assets, sites, locations, categories, and asset fields. Click save when you have finished your selections.
